1-out-6 Die (5-13.5mm) or 4 Straps (13.5-19mm) – PP Strapping Line

This production line features a 1-out-6 precision flow-diverging die that enables flexible switching between two operational modes. In standard configuration, it produces 6 PP strapping strands with widths ranging from 5-13.5mm. By installing an optional die, the system transitions to producing 4 strands with widths of 13.5-19mm. The die is precision-machined from high-quality die steel, maintaining product width/thickness consistency with errors ≤±0.05mm. This versatile die configuration allows a single machine to accommodate a broad spectrum of product specifications, from narrow to wide strapping, effectively meeting diverse customer requirements. Custom non-standard dies are also available.
