Product Introduction

During automatic winder roll changes, the winding shaft must briefly stop to unload finished rolls and load empty paper cores. Without intervention, continuous tape output during this process would cause accumulation or breakage.

Our production line includes a 200-meter capacity accumulator (tape storage rack) that automatically stores online tape during winder roll changes and releases stored tape once changes are complete. This maintains continuous production without requiring frequent main line start/stop cycles, ensuring high-efficiency operation while providing operators sufficient time for roll changes.
